Skin Cancer
To refer a patient with skin cancer for Mohs surgery, fax the pathology report and the patient’s address, phone numbers and insurance information to (404) 844-0499. Our office staff will contact the patient to arrange an appointment. Patients will receive a brochure describing Mohs surgery and directions to the nearest office.

Cosmetic Surgery
To refer a patient for a cosmetic consultation, have the patient call our Dunwoody office at (404) 844-0496.
