Congratulations to all our staff with graduates in the family!
Kate graduated from Atlanta International School and will be enrolling in the Honors Program at the University of Georgia in the fall 2021. She plans on majoring in Biology and ultimately going to medical school like her parents, Drs. Mark and Anne Baucom.
Lydasia graduated cum laude from Clayton State University with her Bachelor’s degree in psychology. She plans to continue her education with a Master of Science in Kinesiology, Sports, and Exercise Psychology at Georgia Southern University. Her mom is our wonderful Practice Administrator,Scotia.
Jabari graduated from Woodland High School. A high school football, basketball and track athlete, he has been recruited by many schools for his athletic prowess. While continuing to play sports in college, he plans to major in engineering. His mom is LaTisha, one of our longstanding medical assistants and histotechs.
Jake graduated from King’s Ridge Christian School this May. He will be attending the University of Kentucky this fall where he will study business. An avid and skilled fisherman, this summer he will compete in the High School National and World’s Bass Fishing Tournament on Lake Hartwell. His mom is one of our amazing nurses, Lindsay.
DOCTAMIN- vitamins
The world of vitamins is confusing and overwhelming. We’re pleased to showcase a new kind of vitamin, developed by medical doctors with a background in dermatology and medicine. Drs. Hari and Sheila Nadiminti created DOCTAMIN as a way to ensure that patients were getting safe and quality vitamins. Dr. Nadiminti was the Mohs Fellow at Emory in 2010 and is well known to us as a skilled dermatologic surgeon and friend. Happy Father’s Day
At Baucom & Mina Derm Surgery, we’d like to wish all the fathers out there a very happy Father’s Day! Without our dads, who would give us sensible advice, tough love, and kill creepy critters? We’ll be showing staff members’ dads on our Instagram page in June, see if you can match the dad with the staff member!
We’re showcasing one of our favorite office sunscreens, EltaMD UV Sport, just in time for summer, camp, and the beach.
